Depending on how you use the website, the forms, Event Options or WhatsApp, we may receive: name; telephone number; email address; city or general location; event date; event type and event details; staffing requirements; messages and enquiries; Event Options preferences and selections; job-application information; preferred role; languages; transportation information; availability; work experience; date of birth when voluntarily supplied; CV, photograph or portfolio links; WhatsApp messages and related communication details; any other information you choose to provide; and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Event Options
Event Options keeps selections in memory while this page is open. Nothing is sent until you request a quote. Your contact details, guest count, language and a snapshot of selected options are saved securely when you submit. Historical Client Studio records remain subject to this policy.
